生于西安，长于陕北，就读于闾里民间，毕业于陕西师大。一九八六年始，上青藏，溯河源。二零零二年羁居长安，自由人一个。本博图文均系原创，未经许可切勿使用或转载。 Zhang Xizhen, also known as Yanxi, is Han people and works in research institute. Besides, being a member of China Democratic League, a member of National Forklore Society of China (NFSC) and a member of China Folklore Photographic Association (CFPA), he is also the vice president of Qinghai Photographic Association. Zhang Xizhen, born in Xi'an city of Shaanxi Province, was brought up in the north region of Shaanxi Province. He dropped out during the Cultural Evolution. After that, he traveled far and wide to make a living. He worked on a farm, in a factory and taught at school successively. After the year of 1977 he was admitted to study at the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Shaanxi Normal University and later graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree. In 1986, he went to Tibetan Plateau and went along rivers. He wrote about and took photos of the valuable and beautiful. About 2000 pieces of his works have been published at home and abroad. His deeds and achievement were reported in the TV program of The Third Eye and The Qinghai Complex of an Intellectual on Qinghai TV. E:longying3699@yahoo.com.cn
